Madison City Schools 5th Grade Students Celebrate their Heroes!
These 5th graders are excited to honor their heroes and get their graduation certificates!

Aubrey honored her little sister Emily as a Torch Team Hero for Columbia Elementary
Emily was pretty happy to see her big sis!
Jasmin honored David Jones as the Torch Team Hero for Heritage Elementary School and Jennifer Shott accepted on his behalf.
Mr. Joe, Horizon Elementary School’s Custodian, was honored as their Torch Team Hero with Drew telling us why he was chosen and Ms. Baswell accepted on his behalf.

Patrick Gregory Richard was honored as the Torch Team Hero for Madison Elementary and his daughter, Kaleyah tells us why he was chosen.
Abby, and her friends Cruz, Stella, Caroline, & Tatum tells us why her dad, David Desarro is Mill Creek Elementary Torch Team Hero.
Kerri Scroggins is chosen as Rainbow Elementary Torch Team Hero and Emma, Lilly, & Ava tell us why.
Kristiana honored her mom, Ana Lisa Galleto, posthumously as a Torch Team Hero and her dad, Robert Radtke accepts in her honor.

Annie honored Annie Glass as a Torch Team Hero.
Super Citizens lead everyone in our tour anthem.

A couple of our Torch Team Heroes show these 5th graders how to have a little fun! Thank you, heroes for making a difference in your communities!
