Thanks to enthusiastic teachers and generous support from the Madison County Commission, 125 fifth graders at Harvest Elementary School will begin the exciting Super Citizen Program this year. The program teaches crucial lessons in civics, character, financial literacy, careers and Our Great American Story – all despite budget cuts and the majority of time being spent on teach-to-test subjects.
