The Next Great Americans Tour made a stop at George C. Hall Elementary School in Mobile, AL today. It was on the same day that New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg & French President Nicolas Sarkozy visited Lady Liberty ahead of her 125th birthday celebration.
Today’s in-school performance – and the Statue of Liberty visit made by leaders from near and far remind us, again, how universally symbolic (and powerful) Lady Liberty’s message really is.
We’re proud to be celebrating the great American ideals she stands for in cities across the country. And we’re just as proud to be raising funds to place “Super Citizen” Program kits in the hands of deserving educators across the country.
